Burnet CISD Food Service
The Child Nutrition Breakfast and Lunch Programs are designed to provide nutritious meals for growing children. Breakfast is available at no cost to all students in the District. The Food Service Department has actively taken steps to reduce the fat content of school meals to 30 percent or less as recommended in the Dietary Guidelines for Americans.

The Lunch Money Now, pay on-line payment system, allows parents to make credit card payments to their child/children’s lunch accounts via the internet. Parents can also check student purchases and month at a time. Another feature included in the Lunch Money Now systems is to be notified through e-mail of low balances.
Special Diets
Special dietary needs can be met at your campus. A physician's statement listing the specific needs of your student is required to alter the menu pattern of school breakfast or lunch, or provide special services. An alter message can be placed on the meal account to alert the staff about foods your child should avoid due to allergies. We are happy to accomodate your child's needs.
