Meal applications are distributed with the student packets each year. A meal application must be completed each year in order to determine eligibility.
Applications should be completed on the current school year form, and can be turned in at any School Secretary, Cafeteria Manager or directly to the Food Service Department Office as soon as possible. Children do not become eligible for free or reduced-price meals until the meal application is processed and approved by the Food Service Department.
ONLY ONE APPLICATION PER FAMILY IS REQUIRED PER DISTRICT, with all students and household members listed as well as total gross household income.
Each foster child is considered a household of one and should be listed on a separate application
